Clinical Supervision

Whether you are a pre-licensed social worker or a social worker needing supervision toward licensure or you are a licensed clinician in need of extra support, I have a passion for supporting the growth of other clinicians into the professional they wish to be. 

Melissa offers a deliberate practice style of supervision/consultation where clinicians are able to track their interventions in order to become a more effective clinician with higher outcomes than traditional case consultation. Melissa is an AEDP supervisor in training under the supervision of AEDP faculty member Jen Edlin.
